At Adeline & Co Couture, we want you to love every piece you receive. Please read our return policy carefully.

Returns must be requested within 1 day of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. we will work quickly to provide replacement or refund as appropriate.

Shoes & Clothing

A size chart will be provided- YOU are responsible for making sure you order your correct size. Make sure to double check for your size before ordering.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

• Sale, clearance, and promotional items.
• Personalized or customer-order items.
• Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage after delivery will not be accepted.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping charges are NON-refundable.
